Customer Support Tier 2 (Spanish & English)

What you will need: 

• strong written and spoken competency in English and Spanish

• advanced user-experience in major Operations Systems (Mac OS, Windows, Android, iOS)

• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (Tier 2)

• a desire to learn, grow technically and linguistically

• customer-oriented and responsible attitude

Will be a plus: 

• knowledge of ITIL standards

• experience with tech media services and mobile applications

• basic knowledge of mobile apps programming languages

• experience with various CRM systems

What you will do: 

• become an expert of the platform and be the power user of all features

• troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions within the platform's capabilities

• work with content managers and IT professionals to solve issues and fix technical problems

• contribute to products' documentation 

• collaborate with designers in implementing applications to fulfill customer requirements

• test applications prior to release while working with developers as needed

• plan and execute proactive tasks
