What You Will Do: 

  • Handle support requests via phone and email
  • Install system software like IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, etc
  • Deploy software patches on staging and production servers
  • Monitor system performance - CPU, memory usage
  • Monitor integrations with other systems - error logs, etc
  • Handle customer incidents - troubleshoot using the application, logs and re-produce the problem
  • Resolve training and configuration issues
  • Write support documentation, recording videos and tutorials, creating presentations, and any other self-service materials 
  • Provide weekly reports on issue list (status, SLA compliance, etc)

 

Requirements:

  • fluent English (B2-C1+)
  • min 1 year experience as Customer Support 
  • analytical mindset 
  • desire to dig deep into the issue until it's solved
  • SQL knowledge (to be able to retrieve/configure the database values)
  • experience with web apps and Java (1+ years)
  • able to learn a tech product quickly and implement the best customer support strategies for customer success

 

Will be a plus:

  • experience as Tier 2 Customer Support
