Product Manager (Integration Team)

We broadcast for millions of viewers from our studio to Twitch channel and other streaming platforms. Also, we have developed our own WePlay Esports online media and tournament platform.

About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager for the newly established team of integration that will be a part of our tournament platform. The main task of this position will be the integration of the main Tournament Platform product with other companies, both inside the holding and outside. Also, the core responsibilities include technical merging of companies / products that appear in the main product.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding the connection between technology and business side to present the most effective solution;
• Managing and overseeing hiring the product team for the proper implementation of tasks within the Integration team;
• Creating the roadmap and scope of works with distribution to milestones. Estimating general roadmap and certain initiatives and milestones;
• Developing products from scratch, from idea to implementation (MVP, main product);
• Collecting business requirements. Transformation of business requirements into technical requirements. Writing product documentation (use cases, functional restriction and requirements);
• Collaborate with other product managers within the team (Tournaments Platform Web, Tournaments Platform Mobile);
• Working with other cross-functional teams in the company.

Requirements:

• Technical experience with understanding and / or practical experience in software development and web technologies;
• Ability to create simple and understandable business and technical documentation (PRD, English writing, diagrams, BPMN);
• Agile knowledge (scrum, kanban methodologies);
• Understanding and Analyzing Data with Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude (optional);
• Hands-on experience with Jira / Confluence;

Collaborative mindset;

• Attention to details, abstract thinking (empathy), strong logical skills, the ability to identify critical situations and propose the optimal solution for the product.
