Now we are searching for a Retention Marketing manager to extend our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration across NAKIVO: Partner with all functions including sales, product marketing, marketing operations, content, marketing automation, legal, field and channel marketing to align multi-channel execution.
  • Development and support of marketing activities to increase sales and cross-selling, expanding the use of the product in the customer’s business units
  • Providing engagement digital campaigns for former and existing customers
  • Segmenting customers to execute marketing campaigns using internal and third party tools
  • Support with marketing expertise retention post-purchase stages marketing campaigns: e-mail, webinars, paid ads etc.
  • Developing and executing win-back strategy for the former customers
  • Provide marketing activities to accelerate customer accounts expanding
  • Ensuring current data availability for providing Account-based marketing
  • Planning, budgeting and reporting on ongoing marketing activities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in a retention marketing
  • Proven experience with email marketing, customer segmentation, loyalty programs
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (at least knowledge of IF, IFS, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP functions), Google Analytics, CRM systems
  • Proficiency in working with data and large amount of information
  • English Fluent
  • Excellent understanding of all customer journey stages
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in the post-purchase stages of the customer life journey
  • Strong budget management and planning skills
