User Acquisition Manager

NAKIVO is the only VM backup software solution to offer a unique set of cost-saving features. Now we are searching for a User Acquisition Manager to extend our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute cross-channel digital marketing strategy: organic search, online advertising, email campaigns, social media and communities
• Set up conversion tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (events, goals, funnels)
• Plan, execute, and analyze online advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook
• Develop an ongoing website optimization strategy with clearly defined goals
• Manage paid email blasts with leading IT platforms
• Create ongoing performance reporting and analysis of key digital marketing metrics
• Organize and manage user acquisition department; create KPIs for each team member

Requirements:

• Experience in running advertising campaigns for US and European markets
• Understanding of onsite and offsite SEO techniques
• Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
• Proven ability to maximize ROI
• Strong Google Analytics skills
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Strong budget management skills
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
• 5+ years of successful experience in digital marketing
