Sales and business process analyst

It is a key player in the international agribusiness market and has an opportunity for you to work on the growth of existing markets and develop new markets with high potential. We are now looking for a Sales and business process analyst to further develop and sustain our business activity in Ukraine.

Directly reporting to the Executive Director, your main responsibilities are:

• Development and establishment of commercial team activity analysis, which includes: KPI’s of sales team, territory and CRM analysis and other;
• Based on provided analysis – make proposals on the increase of efficiency of activity and processes;
• Support and establish interaction and communication with the leaders of trade teams;

Analysis and work on the data:

• Track, analyze and calculate key KPIs of a commercial team;
• Analysis, calculation, and further calculation of bonus payments for the trading team;
• Build proper and timely reporting to increase the visibility of day-to-day activity;
• Analysis of various business indicators from the SAP system;
• Collection, processing, analysis, and formatting of multiple data, further presentation to management for business decisions;
• Work with other functions in order to identify weak points in the system/processes and make proposals for improvement;
• Daily work with data in SAP, Excel;
• Other responsibilities according to business needs or purpose.

Profile:

• Higher education (finance/economics, applied statistics);
• 1-2 years of experience in data administration and analysis;
• High level of knowledge of Excel: summary tables, formulas, charts, data sets;
• English - intermediate or higher;
• Willingness to work with large data sets;
• Experience working with accounting systems (knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Power View will be an advantage);
• Analytical skills, logical thinking, the ability to form conclusions and suggestions based on the analysis.
