Category Marketing Developer (Hair care category)

Today, Unilever Ukraine is looking for a Category Marketing Developer who will become a part of our team and who will help us to take care of our consumers.

Reports to: Marketing Lead Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Brand plans & strategies development to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, market share, profitability and brand communication KPIs (Hair care category)
• All Ps of Marketing Mix responsibility
• Communication plans crafting (including development & adaptation of creative materials
• Deep brand/product expertise, market and competitive analysis. Responsible for why, when, and what for the assigned products
• Deep understanding of current & future trends (together with CMI Manager)
• Analysis & Evaluation of all activities and initiatives, sales KPIs & P&L influence
• Coordination with Regional & Global Teams.

Skills and Competencies:

• University degree (marketing, economics)
• 2+ relevant work experience in international FMCG company in marketing
• Brand development experience and key brand building principles understanding
• Examples of successful product launch
• Upper-intermediate English
• Time management skills, Project management skills
• High level of communication skills
• Growth and competitive mindset.
