HR Marketing Manager

Leading QA company QA Madness is looking for a smart HR Marketing Manager. The company provides testing services for any kind of software using the best tools and processes that help ensure the quality of any software product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement Employer branding strategy; 
• Work closely with Marketing and HR Leads to improve candidates’ experience and engagement; 
• Create clear technical tasks for the designer; 
• Manage and promote internal QA Madness courses for candidates. Use marketing tools for its promotion and organization (ads, presentations, emails etc); 
• Work closely with the Content Manager to create articles, presentations for internal clients; 
• Help to plan and hold offline and online events for candidates; 
• Manage company’s social media accounts targeted on internal clients;
• Manage day-to-day planning and execution of branding and marketing efforts to support hiring initiatives.

HARD SKILLS:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English;

• At least one year Marketing manager experience, preferably in the B2C field;

• Experience in the IT industry is a must;

• Experience in HR Marketing will be an advantage;

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;

• Experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads;

• Knowledge of the IT, technology and outsourcing industry;

• Creativity and the ability to generate ideas on an ongoing basis.
