Personal Assistant to CFO

Allseeds Group, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of vegetable oils and meals in Ukraine, a reliable and highly professional partner in the agricultural markets is looking for candidates for the position of Personal Assistant to CFO.

Functional responsibilities:

• Timely processing and distribution of all incoming information and documents, business correspondence.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail/deliveries.
• Filing, photocopying, faxing, and translating documents (to/from English, Ukrainian/Russian).
• Manage and schedule meetings (including confirmation of the appointments and preparing any materials prior to the meetings).
• Travel arrangements (flight, hotel, registration of visa, transfers, etc.).
• Participation in solving organizational personal issues; administrative support.
• Special projects as needed, and other various administrative duties may also be assigned.

• Higher education.
• Fluent English.
• Previous experience in the Banking system.
• Computer skills; proficient or advanced skill in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
• Ability to quickly find the information you need in search engines and formulate the essence.
• Skills in working with financial and accounting documents.
• Stress-resistant personality with positive mindset.
