Junior MasterData Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult
• Support stakeholders with Material and BOM specification topics.
• Liaise and providing guidance on the materials available and where new creations are needed to Project Coordinator, Packaging Development, Print Development and Global procurement.
• Support Complexity team and PD Concept to provide visibility on current specs in use (variation vs standard)
• Implement
• Coordination of activities with Packaging Development & Print Development and Global Procurement to ensure the Material and BOM specification is input into a central system.
• Creation and maintenance of material specifications for particular factories.
• Creation and maintenance of BoM's and Product Packaging Specifications for particular factories and across a wide range of product type (Cigarettes, RYO/MYO, NGP).
• Follow established relationship and execute relevant communication with respective factories, Project coordinators, Print Specialists and Procurement team, related to materials and BOM creation and completion.
• Ensure new materials creation are in-line with Brand Standards and flag when deviation appears
• System Support & Development
• Support for relevant system implementations and changes as well as data migrations.
• Report on process steps which require improvement, support in projects related to process improvement or standardisation.
• Support Complexity team in getting further understanding of complexity (new or current)

Key Requirements:

• University degree;
• At least 1-2 years of practical experience within manufacturing companies: knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used for production;
• Previous experience in remote project teams will be advantageous;
• Good working knowledge MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Experience with ERP systems;
• Fluent English, native Ukrainian and Russian;
• Good Analytical skills, detailed orientated;
• Good intercultural, interpersonal and communication skills.
