Main accountabilities:
- Research market to identify new opportunities
- Consolidate findings across research projects and identifying insights
- Measure effectiveness of sales and marketing programs and strategies
- Create clear, consumable summaries and report outlines
- Development & support of different types of econometric models
- Analyze a variety of data and generate reports
Key Requirements
- Higher education in economics, sociology, statistics or applied mathematics (or similar areas)
- Deep understanding of FMCG business
- Strong experience in market research and analysis
- Hands-on experience with strategy and competitive analysis
- High level of computer skills (particularly Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to build and maintain analytical models, ability to communicate complex data
- Highly numerate person with excellent analytical skills
- Energetic person willing to challenge and jump into the issues (previous experience in change management would be beneficial)
- Advanced communication skills with proven ability to communicate easily across cultures and organizational level
- Fluent English; native Ukrainian & Russian
