Senior UX/UI Designer

Key responsibilities:

• Developing detailed experience designs from project inception through build
• & launch.
• • Practice brand & customer experience stewardship to ensure experiences
• are representative of the project goals, brand values and online customer
• experience vision.
• • Stay abreast of industry best practices for UX and UI design and processes,
• and for any project, gathering sufficient information to support appropriate
• UX design for the given platform and technology.
• • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their particular needs,
• then translate those identify functional requirements, plan and implement
• solutions.
• • Creating deliverables to agreed specifications and within described project
• time frames.
• • Support CDO, mentoring, supervising and guiding design team members to
• fulfill their full potential.

Required experience:

Extensive experience across all aspects of UX / UI including:

• at least 4+ years of leading a team and  7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer in designing Rich Mobile and Online Applications
  
• Excellent "hands on" wire framing, UI and prototyping skills
• Great conceptual thinking
• Passion for HCD and Design Thinking practices
• Strong competency with Information Architecture
• Ability to differentiate and design for the mobile and desktop experience
• Love for all things interactive
• An amazing creative folio (including strong competency with CS5 Suite, After

Effects, Keynote)

• Passion for clean, functional & outstanding design
• Thorough knowledge of the principles of visual and graphics design including

page layout, typography, color, iconography and other elements.

• Strong communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work well in multi-disciplinary

team environment and to tight deadlines.

• Strong evidence of using and understanding data to drive marketing activities.
• Excellent reporting and analysis skills.
• Excellent project management, coordination and organisational skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A friendly and approachable attitude
