We are now searching for a strong UI/UX designer to join our high-tech studio in Podil/Kyiv alongside some of Kiev's most talented designers.

You will be responsible from start to finish for UX research and UX design interfaces and customer communication from a customer / user perspective. In addition, you contribute to the improvement of digital processes.

The purpose of your role is to increase customer satisfaction, user-friendliness and accessibility of the client's digital services in order to achieve an optimal, original and consistent Omni channel Customer Experience.

Requirements:

• An amazing portfolio
• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
• Advanced in Sketch, InVision, Illustrator 
• Great conceptual thinking
• Passion for HCD and Design Thinking practices
• Ability to differentiate and design for the mobile and desktop experience
• Love for all things interactive
• Passion for clean, functional & outstanding design
• Thorough knowledge of the principles of visual and graphics design including page layout, typography, color, iconography and other elements.
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate English level
• Great attention to detail
• Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• A friendly and approachable attitude

Will be a plus:

• Experience in marketing to small businesses
• Basic animation skills
• Creative Awards
