IT Project Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing cross functional development  teams in Web/Mobile or Embedded.
• Experience with practical implementation of Scrum / Kanban.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding metrics and how to use them.
• Experience with initiations and proposals.
• Experience in analyzing and writing down project requirements.
• Technical background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Manage teams are all aspects.
• Handle initiations and participate in sales.
• Prepare estimates and proposals. 
• Manage more than 1 project at once.
• Be comfortable with managing teams of 5+ members.
