Junior QA Engineer

Now we are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join our team!

Required skills

-Basic knowledge about software development, software testing techniques and software development life cycle

-Expertise in reporting techniques using Google Docs

-Knowledge in using defect tracking tools like JIRA

-Should be flexible to research and learn new methodologies/techniques/skills to automate testing

-Good analytical skills

-Organized and strong attention to detail

-Fluency in English, both written and verbal

-Self-motivated with ability to work independently and minimal supervision

-Creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

-Participate in brainstorming sessions related to business requirements with Project Managers

-Translate requirements into test cases

-Provide test estimates by keeping project timelines in mind

-Create test data as required

-Execute test cases and log defects in defect tracking tools

-Work closely with developers towards defect/issue resolutions
