Room 8 Group is looking for an experienced HR Director to develop and lead the programs, policies, and activities of the HR Department, ensuring implementation and continuous improvement of the talent strategy across all Group units.

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:

• Develop and implement HR strategy on a group level. Create HR strategies for each studio (business line) together with dedicated HRBP;

• Oversee recruitment practices in each business unit;

• Develop HRBP function and HR practices. Work closely with Top Management to define HR targets and priorities;

• Provide guidance/consultations for the top management team on HR-related matters (Team management, workforce planning, compensations, etc.);

• Develop, guide, and support all HR functions. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics;

• Support integration of acquired companies as well as integration of new office to the group;

• Ensure compliance with HR practice and local legislation in all offices of the Group;

• Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics, feedbacks, etc.;

• Promote company values, ethical and cultural awareness. Support the company's goals to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Superpowers you have are:

• At least 5 years of experience in senior HR roles preferably in Tech companies;

• Fluent English is a must;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills;

• Recruitment experience will be a plus;

• CIPD or other professional certifications will be a plus.
