PMO Director

Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions’ provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is.
We are looking for a PMO Director to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together.

Responsibilities:

• Designing PMO strategy, creating a roadmap and leading PMO team to provide the successful delivery of the tasks;
• Leads Games Delivery team — Associate Producers and Games Producers, who are responsible for projects. Overall responsibility for planning, executing, tracking, and managing cost, schedule, and scope for all projects in the portfolio;
• Ensures all provided technology services and solutions meet business needs for reliability, performance, and security;
• Manages all aspects of project framework, including design, development, and deployment;
• Ensures timely delivery and quick resolution of issues. Able to evaluate and manage risk;
• Collaborating with the management and leadership team to ensure the solutions we provide are effective;
• Designing and implementing best practices of Agile project management, document templates, standards, and tools to run and facilitate the successful delivery of projects;
• Research, design, and recommend relevant organizational structures for the team;
• Hire and manage an effective team;
• Developing PM career system (competency matrix, etc), developing and training management talent pool;
• Managing people and leading a team capable of delivering the desired business results;

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Process Manager, or a combination of experience in these roles;
• Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel;
• Experience in successful task delegating and effective control mechanisms;
• Experience in process implementation and establishment;
• Excellent knowledge of PM methodology and its implementation;
• In-depth experience in project delivery and the software delivery lifecycle;
• Experience in executive reporting, process documentation and training, compliance metrics, and contracts;
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with external and internal partners;
• Exceptional people management skills;
• Ability to manage and resolve conflict;
• Accuracy to details;
• Advanced level of English;
• Strong influencing skills.
