Account Manager

Room 8 Studio is a fast-paced solutions provider for game industry leaders from all over the world, no matter the genre or platform is.

We are looking for an Account Manager in our BD Team to bring new ideas and professional experience and work on cool game projects together!

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working as Sales, BD, Account manager or Producer/Project Manager (in outsourcing companies);

• Strong communication and organizational skills;

• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time appropriately and wisely in a fast-paced environment;

• Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English);

• Possess skills in finding solutions to complex problems in a timely and calm manner;

• Experience working and delivering to multiple stakeholders from internal and external teams;

• Strong ability to maintain relationships with multiple clients and production teams simultaneously to keep both sides of the business satisfied;

• Have a genuine passion for the gaming industry, either as a customer or through work experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Managing partner relationships by setting an industry-standard for timely support, regular communications, and prompt assistance with issues;

• Define and achieve KPI goals for new customer acquisition and brand awareness;

• Work with partners and collaborate with across departments to maximize the impact of partnerships;

• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution across touchpoints;

• Monitoring competition to identify new trends and best practices; theorizing and testing new processes/initiatives to create a competitive advantage;

• Creating and owning reports and presentations to inform key internal stakeholders of the performance of the channel.
