Training and Development Manager

We are looking for a Training&Development Manager to bring new ideas and professional experience and help our professionals to grow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Training & Development;

• Practical experience in designing and implementation of Learning and Development programs (preferable - IT sector);

• Understanding of Sales or Project Management will be a plus;

• In-depth knowledge of Competencies framework and different Assessment tools;

• Excellent verbal and written English;

• Able to solve complex problems;

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Closely work with the company management to identify learning needs based on the relevant business model and current market condition

• Design and implement learning programs for company teams to increase effectiveness and achieve business targets

• Research, approve and organize training events of various formats to achieve the goals.

• Analyze internal and external learning capabilities which can help to develop target position or skills. Calculate possible advantages for each education activities and facilitate its implementation

• Develop learning and development policies, procedures and processes.

• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities to ensure the program is current and effective.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational approaches and materials to meet the required quality and expectations.

• Provide monthly and quarterly report about all education activities which was provided.
