We are looking for a Training&Development Manager to bring new ideas and professional experience and help our professionals to grow.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Training & Development;
Practical experience in designing and implementation of Learning and Development programs (preferable - IT sector);
Understanding of Sales or Project Management will be a plus;
In-depth knowledge of Competencies framework and different Assessment tools;
Excellent verbal and written English;
Able to solve complex problems;
Excellent communication skills.
Closely work with the company management to identify learning needs based on the relevant business model and current market condition
Design and implement learning programs for company teams to increase effectiveness and achieve business targets
Research, approve and organize training events of various formats to achieve the goals.
Analyze internal and external learning capabilities which can help to develop target position or skills. Calculate possible advantages for each education activities and facilitate its implementation
Develop learning and development policies, procedures and processes.
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities to ensure the program is current and effective.
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational approaches and materials to meet the required quality and expectations.
Provide monthly and quarterly report about all education activities which was provided.
