Product Owner

At the moment, we are forming a team to work on the project with our partner on an outstaff basis. Our client is a well-known successful company that specializes in the development of social casinos. We are looking for a Product Owner to bring and get professional experience and work on an interesting and large-scale project.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - from product specifications to JIRA tickets, to stakeholder presentations;

• Experience in Project Management - meeting deadlines and business requirements (3+ years); 

• A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction.

Preferences:

• Experience at working in Agile-scrum methodology;

• Experience of working in a software development environment;

• Online Industry experience.

Responsibilities:

•  Work as part of the Product Ownership Office (POO);

• Accountable together with the product manager to the product from definition to end result, and is the sole person responsible for managing the Product Backlog;

• Responsible to translate the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item;

• Prioritize the Product Backlog according to the business goals and vision;

• Achieve common understanding with the teams by clear communication and definition of the items in the Product Backlog;

• Confirms that the sprint content correlates with Product Backlog;

• Accept or decline the deliverables presented by the team within the sprint timeline;

• Communicate professional issues (IT\DEV\ART\Math...) with relevant stakeholder and gain their inputs;

• Work together with the team to release the product in high quality and on time (with the highest Value).
