We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. CCO will take ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the service offering. As the chief commercial officer, you will be responsible for the commercial strategy and the development of our organization. You will be involved in activities relating to marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to drive business growth and market share. The goal of this role is to promote and expand the company's commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.
The potential candidate must combine technical knowledge of marketing tools with strong business development skills. An excellent commercial director should have an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills with excellent organizational abilities.

We make the offline stores digital by providing a large variety of services from outstore ads, instore ads and business intelligence - traffic around the store, conversion of people entering your store, number of recurring visitors and heatmap.By using the levers from e-commerce regarding traffic measurements, conversion rates, re-targeting, and profiling of customers AllUnite began to put up free wifi connections for consumers across Denmark. Job responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams
Create product portfolio and marketing tools
Preparation of the commercial materials
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
To assist in setting financial targets and budgeting
To assist in any aspect of the overall deal process and provide any operational support as required including performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of transactions
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
To assist in and attend to general business development, marketing, networking and events
Work closely with the Tech team to optimize the deal evaluation and management process
Requirements
Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant role
Master's degree in business management, computer science or applicable discipline
Excellent English is a must - spoken and written
Experience in The Big Three will be big advantage
Solid knowledge and performance of product presentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point or other product presentation software
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Good at prioritizing and planning
Good problem solver
Detail-oriented
Stress-resistant, ability to work under pressure
Disciplined to work remotely
Having registered private entrepreneur company will be an advantage
