Senior Reservation Manager

Primary objective of position:

To maximize hotel's rooms revenue by effectively using Opera PMS, other systems, RR department SOPs, best practices across the chain and ensuring ideal reservation process management in line with Ukrainian legislation and internal SOPs.

• Organizes and supervise efficient work of reservations.
• Works with agent colleagues in the department at all stages: from recruitment, training, everyday routine processes and professional development: hire, train, coach, monitor results, assign duties, distribute work load evenly and as per hotel operational needs and manning levels.

Main Requirements are:

• At least 2 years as group reservation agent / supervisor position.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, politeness is a must
• Fluency in English, Ukrainian, Russian, excellent level knowledge both written and verbal
• Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Mandatory requirement! Knowledge of Opera PMS Hotel Program
• Efficiency and high speed of work
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
