We are looking for a  Financial Analyst who will be part of the Finance Organization.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing support in the preparation workflow of the budget, financial forecasts and execution, reporting any variances- Communicate all significant profit, revenue and accounting conclusions to senior management

- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements

- Standard costing for services

- Ensuring all reporting is compliant with internal financial regulations

- Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Overseeing the management of cash flow and debt/debt collection

- Reconciliations with all clients and reporting 

- Be involved in business requirements, testing and implementation of an extensive ERP-based automated profitability reporting and analysis tool that enhances the accuracy, flexibility and timeliness of profitability forecasting

- Perform ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years’ experience on a similar role
• BS in Accounting/Finance required
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, including formulas, work with big data 
• Prior experience with 1C software
• Prior experience with SharePoint and Qlick BI-based automation would be a big plus
• Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
• Understanding of basic Data Warehouse concepts
• Strong intermediate or higher English level, both written and spoken
• Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
