ERP Developer

We are looking for a ERP Developer to be based in our Kiev office and become part of our Global IT team. In this role you will report directly to the IT Director, and will gain experience of a holistic ERP system implementation at a multinational company. You will receive a Priority ERP implementation training provided by the integrator and will have the opportunity to bring in new software development methods to apply them within your team. We provide you flexible working hours with partially remote work and a medical insurance.

What we do?

We import & export, provide regulatory & customs support, all types of storage, site distribution, we use our own transport for deliveries, we source comparator drugs, rescue medications and ancillary clinical trials equipment.

If you have a proactive approach, you are inquisitive by nature with a strong eye for detail, and you have extensive system administration experience you will be well suited to us.

What will you do?

• Lead Warehouse Management System, CRM, TMS and Finance systems implementation based on Priority ERP
• Lead the internal application further development of these systems
• Develop effective and accurate project plans to support the software needs of the SMO Group.
• Support existing system 1C as an analyst in the frame of requierements gathering
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for designing, developing and testing complex software solutions.
• Take ownership of the software development life cycle for the products the development team are responsible for.
• Design and develop new features.
• Support and build capability of the QA Tester to ensure teams' goals are successfully achieved.
• Work in all areas of the technology stack, utilising your existing skills whilst developing any new skills needed to ensure you are at the forefront of the IT profession.
• Act as the escalation point for more complex IT systems issues.

What will you need to be successful in your job?

• Proficiency in English language
• Full software development life cycle experience (any kind of internation ERP is a strong advantage)
• Master degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools
• Priority ERP or SAP experience is an advantage
• 1C8 Developer background is a strong advantage
• WMS (warehouse management system) integration or CRM integration experience is an advantage
• Enthusiastic, passionate personality to create innovative and exciting software solutions
• Team coordination - tasks distribution, results validation, mentoring if it's required
  
• Knowledge and experience in global, multi-site, multi-cultural organisation
