Dev-Pro Talent is a branch operating under the Dev-Pro umbrella that helps US-based tech-enabled companies and recruiting/staffing agencies find and bring on-board highly skilled technical talent (IT, software engineering and related industries).

From the start you will receive professional training on all aspects of technical talent sourcing and recruiting processes typical of the US market. You will act as the main specialist who will perform various types of research to identify the most relevant candidates for our clients.

This is a full-time office-based position with possibility of home-based work and possible shift towards evening hours (depending on the project/client and exact duties performed).

Here is how we see your path with us:

  • In the early stages, you will undergo professional training
  • You will participate in defining the ideal candidate profile for the job descriptions provided
  • You will perform various types of web research (develop a list of suitable candidates, provide additional details as requested, and prepare market analysis based on other criteria)
  • You will work with the database of identified candidates, prepare reports and be responsible for documentation-related tasks
  • You will gradually learn how to contact candidates and conduct pre-screening calls (mentoring and support will be provided)
  • You will perform other recruiting tasks associated with communicating with qualified candidates 

 

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English (communication with native speakers or in a foreign environment is a plus; experience in business correspondence is a plus)
  • Good understanding of the software development domain
  • Knowledge of different search tools
  • Proficiency with PC (MS Office, Google docs)
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Being self-motivated

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in recruiting for the US market (technical or other types of jobs)
  • IT related background and/or relevant education
  • Prior education or a course in recruitment processes in IT
  • Participation in foreign exchange programs and training (FLEX/FSA, Work & Travel or similar)
