We are looking for Talent Searcher/ Junior Recruiter to join our team.

YOU will be involved in:

• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/sites/social media etc.;
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other recruiting tools;
• Screening candidates resumes and job applications;
• Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, hard skills, soft skills and experience on the first levels of recruitment process;
• Conducting telephone interviews, checking references and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility;
• Maintaining external and internal reserves of the company;
• Presenting shortlisted candidates for the further recruitment stages and providing profile summaries;
• Preparing the weekly recruitment reports;
• Creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications withing the organization;
• Assisting HR Team with internal projects;

Person we are looking for:

YOU need to:

• Know English on the Upper-intermediate level;
• Have good skills of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Have excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Have an experience working in HR sphere (will be a plus);
• Have an experience in IT recruitment (will be a plus);
