Online Marketing Specialist

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Plan, develop and implement our SEM strategy (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Newsletters)

• Work towards ROI maximization

• Regularly perform thorough advertising campaigns

• Identify key SEM KPIs

• Prepare and present reports regularly

• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences

• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization

• Work the marketing team and the web developers to properly implement SEM best practices

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing latest trends and best practices

 Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills in English and Russian

• 3 years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role

• 3 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEM strategy (Showcase of Proven success in SEM)

• 3 years of experience web analytics, online marketing, and business development

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEO Moz

• Experience with PPC Platforms as Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Adroll, etc

• Hubspot and Mailchimp experience is a plus

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations

• Critical thinker and good time-management skills

• Team player

• Great interpersonal and communication skills
