Accounting Specialist

PayPro Global is hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our expanding Financial Operations team. Our new teammate will handle, optimize and monitor key financial operations (incoming and outgoing payments, balancing expenses vs. income) and communicate periodically with internal and external stakeholders (relevant reports and analysis, incoming inquiries).

This is a key role within our organization, working closely with our international Sales and Account Management teams, as well as PayPro Global's top management. If you are a master of data, a self-starter, able to efficiently organize your time and prioritize your activities, and an ambitious professional, looking to grow in an international role, we look forward to welcoming you to our team!

Responsibilities:

• Accurate bookkeeping and recording all types of activities using Quickbooks
• Managing incoming and outgoing payments
• Processing specific types of orders & transactions, as required
• Handling incoming accounting requests from clients, offering timely & efficient assistance
• Working closely with other company departments, to address accounting-related tasks & requests
• Generate periodical financial reports and perform specific analysis, as requested by internal stakeholders
  

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Advanced / Upper Intermediate level of English
• Strong organizational skills and an effective professional communicator
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Proficient PC user
• Experience working with Quickbooks (would be a plus)
