Senior Front Desk Agent

Senator Hotels and Apartments is leading and award-winning apart-hotel chain in Kyiv. First Senator City Center opened its doors in 2005. Our properties #1 and #2 on TripAdvisor in their categories. 

 We are looking for a young energetic personality who can start building career in our hotel family. Senator Hotels and Apartments slogan is “Your home away from home”. We provide friendly, positive and cozy atmosphere for our guests and employees. Our advantage is that we boutique-style historical properties in the center of Kyiv.    

Hotel Front Desk Agent role is to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation in Senator. If you love people, communications and hospitality sphere, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign apartments and rooms
• Provide information about our apart-hotel, available apartments and rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to guests’ requests in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Requirements

• English – upper-intermediate or advanced level both written and verbal 
• Customer service attitude
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role is a plus, but not necessary 
• Experience with hotel reservations software, like Fidelio or Travelline is a plus, but not necessary
• Degree in tourism, hospitality, hotel management is a plus, but not necessary
