Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for a mature IT Recruiter to join our Team at Murka Games. IT recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process.

• 3+ years' experience as IT Recruiter;
• Understanding of software development company functioning;
• Understanding of the product company culture specificities;
• Excellent searching skills (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, StackOverflow, GitHub, UpWork, etc.)
• Head-hunting skills;
• Good level of English;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Result orientation;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Searching for best-match candidates for open positions;
• Posting vacancies on job sites;
• Increasing and updating internal candidates database;
• Organization and conducting interviews;
• Providing feedback on the candidates;
• Providing vacancies status reports;
• Maintaining ATS;
• IT-market monitoring;
• Working with internal customers (PM, Team Lead, Heads of Departments, etc.)
