Senior UA Manager (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will own customer acquisition campaigns across Facebook/ Google Ads

REQUIREMENTS:
— Minimum 2+ years on Facebook/ Google Ads UA manager position, experience in gaming will be a plus
— Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
— Organized and detail-oriented with solid budgeting and day-to-day management abilities
— Ability to analyze varieties of data and identifying marketing trends
— Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
— Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
— Understanding of general media planning, analysis, and campaign management
— Interest in games and interactive entertainment industry preferred
— English upper intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Optimize campaigns as well as analyze results to help us determine how and where budget should be allocated
— Hit monthly budget and ROI goals
— Partner closely with our analytics team to determine appropriate acquisition costs and KPIs for each market based on LTV, conversion rate, and other variables
— Work closely with other teams to share learnings from paid marketing and apply learnings from other teams to campaigns within your channels
— Manage marketing creative requests by working closely with a creative team
