Project manager (Game dev\Mobile App)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location Dnipro, Kyiv

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure timely delivery of newly produced game content

• Plan, coordinate and track the full cycle of content creation—from an initial idea through all stages to a completion

• Closely cooperate with leading Game Designer to equalize perfection and pace

• Lead teammates in their everyday operations to meet short- and long-term goals

• Facilitate the interaction both within the team and with various stakeholders from the other departments of the company

• Manage a truly multi-functional team—from game designers to artists and UI designers, to developers and QAs, and so on

REQUIREMENTS 

• 2+ years of working experience in project management or team management

• Proven record of leading 15+ employees

• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking. Possibility to handle several production threads simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of different managerial methodologies and the ability to adapt them to actual circumstances

• Understanding of the Mobile Development Processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA)

• Good communication skills, emotional intellect, and sense of humor

• At least an Intermediate level of English

NICE TO HAVE

• Technical and/or artistic background would be a great advantage

• Keen interest in various games is desirable

• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English levels are highly appreciated
