Qualifications & Experience:

• English proficiency level not lower than Upper Intermediate;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong attention to detail, good follow-up and the ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs

• Ability to demonstrate self-discipline to work independently without direct supervision.

• Ability to prioritize, analyze, and problem solve

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

• Quick learner and great working attitude;

Available Shifts:

Shift work:

2 weeks Mon-Fri from 10am to 7pm;

2 weeks Mon-Fri from 7pm to 3am;

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.

• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
