Senior Organizational Development Expert

Playtika is looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to lead global strategic OD Projects, from initial design through implementation, to sustain and promote Playtika's Growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Ukraine & Belarus regions (5 offices)
  
• Build business partnerships and provide strong consultation to develop functional strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Influence and collaborate with HR Leads. Develop standard & innovative OD tools and methodologies and ensure best practices are leveraged and sustainable.
• Support the performance management process for the organization; Training for managers, advising leaders, managers and individuals on development opportunities.
• Handles multiple projects, priorities and problems simultaneously while maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the field of OD
• Influence Leadership to adopt OD recommendations and coach leaders to promote innovation efforts.
• Support & Develop leadership programs for Playtika's managers, such as: Basic Management Skills and Mentoring Programs.
• Direct report to OD Manager at Israel

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3 years+ of experience as a Training development or OD Specialist in a consulting/Global Company.
• Understanding of OD theory, applications and group processes
• Ability to analyze, conduct needs assessments; identify effective and sustainable OD solutions to drive change.
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point
• Good English (Upper-Intermediate+)
