Required skills

• 2+ years of experience in data mining, testing, analyses and consumer experience optimization.
• Experience from online companies (experience in the Online Gaming industry - strong advantage).
• SQL Skills- A must.
• Excel Skills- A must.
• Experience working with Tableau - strong advantage.
• Knowledge in Java - an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
• Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from data to shape features, game economy and app infrastructure.
• Work closely with internal departments and R&D teams to drive insights that will help produce better product.
• Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate stakeholders' awareness and understanding of key business metrics, users' experience and app functioning.
• Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Ability to work individually and lead a project from A to Z.
