Customer Support Representative (English), Night or day shifts

What we offer:
· working schedule: 1/2 (10 shifts per month) from 21:00 to 09:00. 2/2/3 (15 shifts per month) from 09:00 to 21:00
· salary level: during the probation period- 14.000 UAH, after probation period up to 17 000 UAH(14 000 + 3 000 bonuses)

Responsibilities:
· Interact with existing customers via different sources( phone, e-mail, chat, social networks) regarding the services provided from Onetwotrip
· Interact with the airlines and other partners
· Inform the customers regarding the advantages of Onetwotrip services, pre-booking and post-booking queries, payment possibilities

Requirments:
· upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
· clear diction
· excellent written and verbal communication skills
· logical thinking
· customer-oriented approach
· desire to learn
· multitasking
· interest in tourism
