Skills and requirements:

• Upper intermediate English language skills
• Higher education
• Experience in a hotel contracting (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability of working independently as well as a part of team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize the work effectively
• Ability to develop close working relationships with suppliers to achieve the results
• Excellent analytical skills
• Critical thinking
• Attentiveness to the details

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of contracts
• Serving as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters
• Providing redlined recommendations and negotiates with customer until consensus has been reached
• Controlling all the contract correspondence
• Ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness
• Ensuring contract close-out, extension, renewal or amendment
