Администратор отеля/ Reсeptionist

DBI Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Receptionist / Guest Relation Officer to join our team! The key responsibilities are to provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests and coordinating the duties of the front desk.

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Knowing other languages is great advantage
• Passionate about hospitality
• Communicative and pro-active team player
• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with provided standards.
• Being able to perform all Front Office duties as check-in and check-out of guests, answering the phone according to etiquette, help with the guests' requests, taking reservations and performing administrational tasks.
• Ensure that all hotel standards are met when serving the guests and handling information.
• Responsible for cashier duties.
