Requirements:                  

Master’s degree( or you can be a student of last course at University);
Basic background in recruitment, understanding of main IT technologies ( IT recruitment courses);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to organize work in a correct way;
Punctuality, honesty, ability to be patient and creative;
High level of attention to details;
Desire to learn and grow as a professional;
English level — Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.

Responsibilities:                              

Full cycle recruitment;
Participation in decision making process of hiring new employees;
Helping with HR activities.
