Right now, we're looking for Reservations Sales Agents, who specialise in providing excellent customer service by handling all incoming calls to generate room reservations, to join our team at Holiday Inn Kiev hotel.

As a Reservations Agent, you'll manage incoming telephone enquiries for hotel room rates and coordinate all aspects of reservations by serving as the primary point of contact and resource to resolve service concerns and make decisions in relation to their requests, deliver individual customer experiences by asking the right questions and offering the appropriate solutions and have awareness of current IHG marketing campaigns and loyalty club promotions.

You will need excellent communication skills, written & oral with proficiency in English, Russian and Ukrainian, other languages would be great, but not essential. You will need to be available to work different shifts times.
