Technical/ Engineering Consultant

Key Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering Disciplines/ Cost Estimation/ Project Management
• 5+ years as engineer/ technical/ owner's engineer consultant/ cost and investment analytic in development, due diligence, management and monitoring of investment projects for industrial and commercial real estate, infrastructure
• Practical experience in investment/ construction projects schedule and budget issues, CAPEX/ OPEX estimations (planning/ assessment of schedule, project monitoring, cost estimation/ budgeting/ financial monitoring)
• Experience with international consultancy companies or as an independent expert for International Financial Institution projects (e.g., EBRD, EIB, WB/ IFC, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of local construction norms, regulations and permitting requirements, good international practice in design and construction, cost benchmarking, asset maintenance
• Experience in sales and project coordination for consultancy assignments, including those in international environment, is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills in English / Ukrainian/ Russian
• Advanced PC user (MS Office)
• Team spirit, client focus, initiative and flexibility, high dedication and self-motivation

Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible for acquisition, managing and expertize in assignments in the interface of management, engineering and environmental consultancy. All project work must be carried out with due diligence, adhered to by the company procedures, the highest quality, safety & compliance standards. It is expected, that the candidates will have a good market awareness and have very strong client interface with the ability to further develop existing portfolio of offering to a variety of clients in the Bank, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial and Commercial Property.
