Office Assistant (m/w/d)- Analytic Company GmbH

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operations in the office. You will assist the Office Manager and in time take over responsibilities. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Your tasks:

? Provide assistance and support to the Office Manager
? Overseeing general office operations
? Sort and distribute communications (email and telephone) in a timely manner
? Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
? General office activities (filing, managing files and records)
? Support our tax advisor on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as prepare tax returns
? Help manage our preparatory accounting (incoming and outgoing billings)

Your profile:

? Starting out in your professional career or at least 1 – 2 years’ work experience
? Self-motivated individuals that desire to progress in their career
? Nice to have: Finance and Accounting knowledge
? Proficiency in MS Office applications (mainly Word and Excel)
? Good communication skills in German (B1/2 level is sufficient) and at least basic English comprehension skills
? Ability to work in a diverse and international team
? Eligible to permanently work and reside in Germany/EU
