Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Quintagroup’s success. We are looking for a Recruiting manager to help with the way we recruit as we move into the next evolution of Quintagroup.

What you’ll be doing?

Work closely with stakeholders to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the company
Maintaining all interview outcomes data
Managing the schedule of interviews
Providing candidates with feedback after each interview
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, and sourcing campaigns
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

What would make you a strong fit for this role?

Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
Experience screening resumes
Experience approaching passive candidates
Great organizational, documentation, time-management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team, but also deliver results on your own
Lead generation, sourcing
English language skills
Genuine interest in recruiting and growth companies
Relevant work experience
