RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 

  • Design, implement and manage internal and external communication strategy. 
  • Deliver and develop strategic communications plan to support STADA Ukraine integration business objectives, key priorities, strategic plans and extend Company awareness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, promotes and supports Company mission and values.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key media players to secure and grow media online and offline coverage.
  • Maintain Communications operations: create, edit, review, deliver all Company communications including press and PR activity, print communications, digital communications, announcements, marketing related activities etc. 
  • Drive internal communications plan, support leadership team and ensure effective coordination with other functions.
  • Identifies and researches new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in organization including launches of new products, special events, local and global community service and other topics of interest.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and represent the organization through internal and external communication.
  • Cooperate with the Corporate Communications function to include improvement processes into all activities within the area of responsibility.
  • Oversee and allocate the annual Communications function budget.
  • Serve as a communications adviser to all STADA Ukraine team.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

  • Good command of English: the ability to communicate fluently orally and in writing (mandatory).
  • 5+ years of strong experience in communications, public relations and corporate social responsibility.
  • 2+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in communications.
  • Proven experience in creating targeted content.
  • Strong skills to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
