The production site is located in Bila Tserkva (80 km from Kyiv).

  • Lead a weekly process to review, agree and handover next weeks schedule to the Operations team.
  • Daily monitoring, in collaboration with the Operations team, of actual production/testing vs. schedule through attendance at Tier 2 meetings.
  • Collaborate with then Operations team to resolve issues and delays so that the agreed Production Plan dates for the completion of process/works orders are reliably achieved. Effective communication to the Production planner of any risks associated with not meeting the planned completion dates and quantities.
  • Collaborate with the Production Planner as part of the Sales and Operations Execution process, for the management of short-term schedule changes. Provide feasibility assessments for changes to the schedule.
  • Detailed understanding of the production/quality unit, and the production/quality processes, to be able to set achievable optimized schedules.
  • Measure and report Production Schedule Adherence (PSA) for each resource on a rolling 26-week basis.
  • Lead PU/QC/QA teams to diagnose PSA root causes and implement corrective actions so that target performance levels are consistently achieved.
  • Weekly collaboration with the Production Planners to review the required Production Plan for the agreed time horizon (e.g. 2-4 weeks), and to take ownership for executing the plan on-time and in-full. The production plan is at the process order level (e.g. 1,000 packs by 15/07).

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • University graduate in Supply Chain management, Science or Finance wanting to gain deeper pharmaceutical, or Quality, knowledge
  • Advanced in English knowledge
  • 2-years' experience in production, or quality, scheduling processes
  • Interest in the end-to-end manufacturing site supply chain processes including demand management, S&OP, production planning, capacity planning, material planning and procurement, order fulfilment, master data and life-cycle management. Desire to learn and develop.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within the local environment (e.g. PU or QC laboratory)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues outside of the local environment (e.g. with the Production Planner in the Supply Chain team)
  • Ownership and task orientation - determined to set, and deliver, schedules on-time in-full.
  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical production or Quality operations environments.

WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU:

  • Competitive salary
  • Life and health insurance
  • Mobile Connection
  • Experience in value driven international company
