RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

·  Implement supply chain models that support business strategies which can adapt to changing market conditions and new business opportunities

·  Ensure demand planning for manufacturing of pharmaceutical products

·  Control of deliveries forecast, stock level control and replenishment planning of medicines at warehouse

·  Cooperate with contract partners on any issues, regarding products supply

·  Determine the needed resources for deliveries

·  Prepare shipping and/or customs documents for performing deliveries and shipments

·  Control over all performed deliveries and shipments

·  Build cooperation with providers in terms of storage, certification and transportation services in line with company's procedures, policies and standards

·  Ensure timely service payments that rendered by suppliers and contract partners

·  Operate at all times to the highest personal standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and STADA's standards on quality, employee health and safety, product safety stewardship and environment

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

·  2+ years of experience in supply chain f in pharmaceutical sector

·  Understanding of legislation and regulatory procedures in logistics, customs clearance and transportation of goods

·  Good analytical, problem solving skills

·  Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all level in/out of organization

·  Proactiveness, drive for result and action orientation

·  Advanced level of IT literacy, especially Excel, PowerPoint, experience in SAP and 1С would be a plus

·  Upper-Intermediate level of English
