Place of work is the production site located in Bila Tserkva (70 km from Kyiv).

YOUR TASK IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Main IT point of contact for business to enable continuous improvement of business processes through IT initiatives within the specific areas entrusted
• Managing IT projects in GMP and non-GMP area in classic and agile project management in terms of time, resource and quality targets
• Support CAPEX projects (URS review, infrastructure installation (e.g. network, CCTV, access control etc), equipment’s software installation, IOQ/PQ qualification etc)
• TechOps IT integration of the site as well as support IT remediation (e.g. computerized systems validation in GMP area (ERP (local 1C and SAP global), eQMS, LIMS etc)
• IT TechOps budget planning and control
• Daily and routing tasks support and communication with team on site/cluster/global level
• Escalation manager for all IT related topics keeping the business informed about progress, solutions and RCA
• Align with other business partners about best practices and change management
• Keeps track of technology & process changes in the industry and outside

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 5+ years of experience as IT Manager/System Administrator and/or in IT Field Experience at international company is considered as advantage
• Experience with enterprise-level network and server equipment, with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services
• A good knowledge of network equipment, software and operating systems work, GMP knowledge very much desired
• Excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills
• Strong customer focus
• Upper-intermediate English
