Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of TELECOM TECHNICAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST (FIELD TEST)

FTR Manager is responsible for implementation of field test of mobile products that probe device compatibility with local infrastructure and proper functionality and performance

Requirements:

• Knowledge of wireless network (GSM, CDMA, 3G, LTE, WiFi etc...)
• Knowledge of latest wireless technologies (VoLTE, CA)
• Understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies; test management tools
• Test knowledge with testing different OS (Android, iOS, Windows, MacOS, etc...)
• Good experience in testing mobile applications

Responsibilities:

1. Product field testing: 

• Implement field test of mobile products that probe device compatibility with local infrastructure and proper functionality and performance
• Identify issues and low performance areas
• Providing localization tests
• Preparing test plan, troubleshooting, issue verification support, writing test reports

2. Product support:

• Samples S/W management
• Product user manuals and UI localization
