Responsibilities:
- Performs support simple and complex software/hardware issues for the end-users
- Provide timely resolution of problems
- Troubleshoot software/hardware/network for OS ( Windows 10) and servers, video conference system, Wi-Fi, IP phone system, printers
- Execute upon policies requirements (Updates, Reports end etc) directed by HQ/RHQ IT Teams
- Medoc administration and updates installation
- Maintaining tickets of the security control system Zscaler and detect the reason of the security issue and fix it
- Maintaining firewall requests and SVPN access
- Configuration the rules of the domain groups
- Internet connection maintaining and proceed payments for the internet services
- Preparation of a new workplaces for employees, user's access
- Purchase of IT devices, posting of payments
- Maintaining inventory and life cycle of IT assets
- Contributes to creation of support documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- University Degree in IT Network System or Computer Since
- Advanced user of MS Excel and CC programs
- Write Bash/Shell Scripts
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Network Administration, DNS, Local Network Services, VoIP / SIP / Telecom
- Proactive, enthusiastic team player, decisive, independent and accurate
- Ability to convince at various organisational levels
- Fluent Ukrainian and Russian; English - intermediate is a must
