Business Analyst

Business Analyst is engaged in business planning and operational and financial analysis of ongoing operations in HA Division. Business Analyst served as contact point to financial department and HA Team Management for data research, analysis, budget planning and control, as well as compliance to internal business processes and procedures, that are subject to internal and external compliance control points.

Responsibilities:

Business Planning:

• P&L and Sales and Profit planning by Product, profit analysis report to HQ
• Compare sales results with other versions of plan and report direct manager

Investment efficiency analysis:

• Serve as first control point and first approver of all expense requests
• Provide guidance and control accuracy of budget performance on brand marketing, retail marketing, coop marketing investment
• Analyze sales deduction, marketing and channel development expenses by product, product family, period, channel
• Trade spends by P&L, and Forecast Accuracy (quarterly) for MBO calculation

Regular reporting:

• Collect information on Sales deduction, marketing expenses
• Quarterly, yearly sales result reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats

Internal process control, reporting and audit:

• Serve as knowledge holder for internal processes and procedures
• Control accurate performance of business processes, rules and guidelines within the scope of expense approval process
• Seek for advice from financial, legal and internal audit departments in case the process or guidance in business control area is missing or requires renewal
• Monitoring of process abnormal data related to different process
• Controlling of deadlines related to payments and closing projects

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant analytical experience
• Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, Market Research, FMCG, Retail
• University Degree in Technics, Economics, Commerce
• Experience in databases analysis
• Intermediate English is a must
